The Bridgeman Studio Award is an annual global contemporary art competition that invites artists, illustrators, and photographers the opportunity to enter up to five existing or new artworks based on this year’s theme, ‘DARK SUMMER.’
This year’s winning artist will win a £1,000 book cover commission to create the art for best-selling author Beth Lewis’s next title, published by The Borough Press, an imprint of HarperCollins.
You are not being asked to design the front cover of Beth’s new title. You are submitting art, illustration or photography based on the theme “Dark Summer” so that the judges can see your style and interpretation of the theme.
